Age
Sacred Heart Villa accepts children ages 3 to 5 years old. Children are grouped according to chronological age in the following classes:
- 3 years old by December 31 Nursery (toilet trained)
- 4 years old by August 1 Pre-Kindergarten
- 5 years old by August 1 Kindergarten
Tours
One hour tours for prospective families are given on the second Wednesday of each month. Interested parents may call the Villa to sign up for a visit.
Requirements
- When parents/guardians call, a pre-registration form is mailed to them.
- Interested parents/guardians return the pre-registration form with a non-refundable fee.
- If the registration is for the coming year, the child will be put on a waiting list according to the date of registration.
- If the child is accepted, the school sends a formal application to the parents/guardians.
- Parents/ guardians complete the formal application and send it to school for the child’s acceptance.
- Please Note: If the child will not be coming to the Villa for the coming year:
- parents are asked to inform the school that their child will not attend
- or, parents may request that the child be kept on the waiting list for the following year
Re-Registration
Each January,
parents/guardians of current students are asked to re-register for the coming
school year. At that time, a non-refundable book/activity fee is due. This
is to assure the child a place in our program and assist us in planning
classes.
Rules for acceptance and participation in the program are the same for everyone without regard to race, color, national origin, age, sex, or handicap.
